PWA211312 is a precision-manufactured aerospace engine high-pressure turbine (HPT) stationary vane seal, compliant with AS9100D quality standards and FAA/EASA regulations, designed for large commercial turbofan engines. It seals the gap between adjacent HPT stationary vanes and the turbine inner casing, blocking high-temperature, high-pressure combustion gas from leaking between the vane gaps and the casing, which is critical for maintaining the internal pressure of the HPT section, optimizing the gas flow path, avoiding overheating of the turbine casing, and ensuring stable energy conversion efficiency.
