PWA111570
Stand, build - TEC, #5 Bearing housing&Heatshield
PWA111570 is a precision aerospace component, compliant with AS9100D quality standards and FAA/EASA regulations, designed for the pneumatic systems of large commercial aircraft engines.
It functions as a pneumatic bleed air valve seal ring, forming a high-seal, temperature-resistant seal between the valve's disc and valve seat. This seal ensures the valve can accurately control the flow of high-temperature, high-pressure bleed air from the engine, which is used for cabin pressurization, anti-icing, and avionics cooling, avoiding air leakage that would reduce system pressure, cause insufficient cabin pressurization, or fail to provide effective anti-icing protection during flight.
Made from heat-resistant, pressure-resistant fluorocarbon rubber, it operates stably at -60°C to 300°C, and resists long-term contact with high-temperature engine bleed air. Weighing 0.09kg, it enables fast MRO replacement, a critical component for engine pneumatic system reliability.
