K25005-125 is a precision-manufactured aerospace engine fuel system fuel filter seal, compliant with AS9100D quality standards and FAA/EASA regulations, designed for CFM56 series turbofan engines. It seals the connection between the fuel filter and the fuel supply manifold in the engine fuel system, preventing high-pressure fuel leakage and blocking unfiltered contaminants from bypassing the filter, which is critical for maintaining clean fuel delivery to the combustion chamber, avoiding fuel nozzle clogging, and ensuring stable combustion efficiency.

Made from heat-resistant, fuel-resistant fluorosilicone rubber with a reinforced stainless steel insert, it withstands operating temperatures from -55°C to 205°C and fuel system pressures up to 5800 psi. Weighing 0.05kg with a precision-machined sealing lip, it enables fast replacement and tightness verification during fuel system MRO overhauls. FAA Part 25 certified, it is a key component for fuel system reliability.
