HU38687 is a precision-machined turbine disc component engineered for high-bypass turbofan engines used in commercial aircraft such as the Boeing 767 and Airbus A330, adhering to AS9100 aerospace manufacturing standards and FAA 8130-3 certification requirements. As a critical rotor system part, it serves as the mounting hub for high-pressure turbine blades, transmitting rotational power while withstanding extreme thermal and mechanical stresses in the engine core, where temperatures reach up to 1,100°C and rotational speeds exceed 15,000 RPM.

Fabricated from nickel-based superalloy Inconel 718 via vacuum arc remelting, it offers exceptional fatigue resistance and creep strength, with a precision-machined hub diameter of 320mm and a weight of 18.5kg. Its design integrates cooling channels to dissipate heat, ensuring structural integrity during long-haul flights and enabling quick replacement during MRO operations to minimize aircraft downtime, making it indispensable for maintaining engine reliability and flight safety.
