HIX4002
HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT
HIX4002 is a precision aerospace engine fuel flow measurement sensor, built to AS9100D quality standards and RTCA DO-160G specs, tailored for MRO of CFM56-7B/LEAP-1B engines on Boeing 737 MAX and Airbus A320neo aircraft.
Crafted from corrosion-resistant stainless steel with a PTFE coating, it accurately measures fuel flow rates of 0.5–120 kg/min (±0.2% full-scale accuracy) via a turbine-based sensing mechanism. The sensor integrates a high-resolution hall-effect transducer, temperature compensation (-40°C to 120°C), and built-in overpressure protection (up to 5000 psi). Its compact, lightweight (0.48 kg) design (65mm×45mm×38mm) fits tight engine bays, while compliance with FAA Part 33/EASA CS-E ensures reliable data for fuel system calibration, optimizing combustion efficiency and reducing operational costs for short-haul fleets.
