A71001-191 is a precision-engineered aerospace engine combustion chamber outer casing seal, compliant with AS9100D quality standards and FAA/EASA regulations, designed for CFM56 series turbofan engines. It seals the joint between the combustion chamber outer casing and the adjacent engine sections, blocking the heat transfer from high-temperature internal combustion gas to the external engine structure, as well as preventing external debris from entering the combustion chamber area, which is critical for avoiding overheating of the engine's outer components, maintaining the structural integrity of the combustion system, and ensuring safe engine operation.

Made from heat-resistant, heat-insulating nickel-based superalloy with a flexible sealing structure, it withstands operating temperatures up to 1200°C and continuous thermal shock. Weighing 0.18kg with a precision-machined mating surface, it allows for fast installation and tightness verification during combustion system MRO overhauls.
