9C6014G01 is a precision-engineered aerospace engine high-pressure compressor (HPC) labyrinth seal segment, compliant with AS9100D quality standards and FAA/EASA regulations, designed for CFM56 series turbofan engines. It forms a non-contact sealing structure between the HPC rotor and the stationary casing, minimizing the cross-stage leakage of compressed high-pressure air, which is critical for maintaining the pressure ratio of each HPC stage, optimizing compression efficiency, and reducing unnecessary energy consumption of the compression system.
Made from heat-resistant, high-strength nickel-based superalloy, it withstands operating temperatures up to 800°C and continuous high-speed air scouring. Weighing 0.2kg with a precision-machined tooth structure, it allows for fast installation and gap verification during HPC MRO overhauls. FAA Part 25 certified, it is a key component for HPC performance and engine operational stability.
